A. Personal Data:

Resident Information: Name, email address, mobile number, profile photograph, and proof of residence (Owner/Tenant status).
Household Details: Information about family members, vehicle details (registration number, model), and pets.
Staff/Daily Help: Names, photos, phone numbers, and work timings of your domestic help.

B. Visitor Data:

Names, phone numbers, and photos of visitors.
Vehicle details of visitors.
Entry and exit timestamps.

C. Financial Data:

Billing history, payment status, and maintenance charge details.
Note: We do not store full credit card or banking login details. Payments are processed via third-party secure payment gateways.

D. Device & Usage Data:

IP address, device ID, operating system.
App usage logs (features used, time spent).
Camera/Photos: Required for updating profile pictures, visitor entry, and submitting complaints with images.
Contacts: Accessed only if you choose to invite residents or share emergency contacts (with explicit permission).

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the collected data for the following purposes:
Security & Access Control: To generate gate passes/QR codes and verify identity at the security gate.
Community Management: To facilitate billing, facility booking, and maintain the resident directory.
Communication: To send important notices, emergency alerts, and payment reminders.
Service Improvement: To analyze usage trends and improve App functionality.
Complaint Resolution: To address maintenance or security issues reported by you.

4. SHARING OF INFORMATION

We may share information with:
Management Committee/RWA: Your society administrators have access to your residency details and payment history to manage the community.
Security Personnel: Guards have access to limited data (Name, Unit, Vehicle, Visitor Logs) to verify entry/exit.
Third-Party Service Providers: Payment gateways, SMS/Email service providers, and cloud hosting partners who assist in operating the App.
Legal Authorities: If required by law or to protect the rights and safety of the community.

5. DATA SECURITY

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures (including encryption and secure servers) to help protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your region, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account (subject to clearance of pending dues and Management Committee approval).

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

While parents may list children under “Family Members,” the App is not intended for direct use by children under the age of 13 without parental consent.
