Please read these terms carefully before using Gatifi.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using Gatifi (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. DEFINITIONS

“User” refers to residents (owners/tenants), committee members, security guards, or staff using the App.
“Community” refers to the residential society, apartment complex, or gated community subscribed to Gatifi.
“Administrator” refers to the Management Committee or RWA of your Community.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

Accuracy:

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Security:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (OTP/Password). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Verification:

Administrators reserve the right to verify your residency status before granting full access.

4. USE OF SERVICES

Visitor Management:

You are responsible for the visitors you pre-approve. The App is a tool to assist security; it does not replace the need for physical vigilance.

Amenities:

Booking of amenities (Clubhouse, Gym, etc.) is subject to availability and the specific rules set by your Community Administrator.

Notice Board:

You must not post content that is offensive, defamatory, illegal, or abusive on community forums or complaint threads.

5. BILLING AND PAYMENTS

Charges:

Gatifi displays bills generated by your Community Administrator. We are not responsible for errors in the calculation of maintenance dues.

Processing:

Payments are processed through third-party gateways. Gatifi is not liable for transaction failures caused by banking networks.

Refunds:

Refund requests regarding maintenance fees must be directed to your Community Administrator, not Gatifi.

6. CODE OF CONDUCT

You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose.
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate other residents or staff via the App.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App's source code.
- Upload viruses or malicious code.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Gatifi is a Technology Platform:

We provide the software for management. We do not provide physical security services. We are not liable for any theft, damage, or security breaches that occur within the Community.

Service Interruptions:

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Emergency Services:

The “Emergency Numbers” feature is for convenience. In a life-threatening situation, always dial your local emergency services (e.g., 911, 100, 112) directly.

8. TERMINATION

We or your Community Administrator may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.
Upon moving out of the Community, your access to the specific Community data will be revoked.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, design, graphics, and code within the App are the property of [Your Company Name] and are protected by copyright laws.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of [Your Country/State]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
